Refund policy

At ProSleepClub, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free UK returns and exchanges for 30 days on unused bedding.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bedding that has been used or washed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a return, log in to your account or email us at returns@prosleepclub.com. We'll confirm the courier instructions and provide any required documents.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the payment.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless you are cancelling under your statutory rights.

Cancelling Your Order

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. To cancel, email returns@prosleepclub.com. You then have another 14 days to return the item.
