Order Cut-off Time: We aim to process and dispatch orders the next working day.

Shipping Days: We ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Shipping Destinations: We currently deliver across the UK, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please allow additional time for delivery to remote areas.

Free UK Delivery: Orders over £99 qualify for free standard delivery.

Standard UK Delivery: A flat rate of £5 applies to orders under £99.

Estimated Delivery Time: We aim to deliver all in stock items in your order within 3-5 working days. Any made to order items will be delivered separately as soon as they have been made, usually within 2 weeks but may take up to 4 weeks during busier periods. Product pages are updated daily to reflect the latest delivery estimates.
Courier Information
Our warehouse selects the most appropriate courier for your order—typically DPD or Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email, including a delivery window and options to reschedule or nominate a safe place or collection point.
Made to Order Items
Made to order items are crafted specially for you. We aim to deliver these within 2 weeks but may take up to 4 weeks during busier periods. The respective product pages are updated daily to reflect the latest delivery estimates.
We aim to dispatch every part of your order as soon as possible, which means your order may arrive across two deliveries if it includes both in stock and made to order items.
Please Note - Delivery times may occasionally be impacted by factors outside our control, such as extreme weather or courier delays.
