Shipping Destinations: We currently deliver across the UK, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please allow additional time for delivery to remote areas.

Free UK Delivery: Orders over £99 qualify for free standard delivery.

Standard UK Delivery: A flat rate of £5 applies to orders under £99.

Estimated Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. If your order includes a Made to Order mattress topper, please allow up to 2 weeks. Product pages are updated daily to reflect the latest delivery estimates. Delivery times may differ depending on the products, so please bear this in mind when you place your order, as your order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are ready.
Courier Information
Our warehouse selects the most appropriate courier for your order—typically DPD or Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email, including a delivery window and options to reschedule or nominate a safe place or collection point.
Made to Order Mattress Toppers
Made to Order mattress toppers are crafted specially for you. We aim to deliver these within 2 weeks. The respective product pages are updated daily to reflect the latest delivery estimates.
Your full order will be shipped once all items are ready, so please consider this when reviewing delivery timeframes.
