Care Guides

Your bedding plays a major role in supporting quality sleep and recovery. With the right care, your duvet, pillow, or mattress topper can continue to deliver reliable comfort and performance night after night. Use the following tips to keep your ProSleepClub products fresh and in peak condition. Always refer to the care label for the most accurate, product-specific care instructions.

Duvets
On Arrival: Air your duvet for 24–48 hours after unpacking to allow the filling—whether natural or synthetic—to settle and regain loft. This helps maximise comfort from the start.
Daily Care: Leave your duvet uncovered for a short period each morning to help maintain freshness and breathability. Rotate and flip it regularly to keep the fill evenly distributed.
Washing and Drying: Professional cleaning is recommended to maintain loft and performance. Commercial machines offer the space needed (around 50% empty capacity) for even re-lofting. If washing at home, use a gentle cycle at 40°C and dry thoroughly on a low heat setting. Avoid high temperatures, which may damage the fill or shell.

Pillows
On Arrival: Allow your pillows to air for 24–48 hours to help restore their natural loft. For added protection, we recommend using pillow protectors to guard against moisture and allergens.
Daily Care: Plump pillows daily to help redistribute fill and maintain their shape. Airing them regularly helps minimise moisture build-up and supports breathability.
Washing and Drying: Professional cleaning is preferred for best results. If washing at home, use a gentle cycle at 40°C and dry thoroughly on low heat. Ensure the pillow is completely dry before use.

Mattress Toppers
On Arrival: Air your mattress topper for 24–48 hours to allow the fill to fully expand. This helps ensure optimal comfort from first use. Using a mattress protector is recommended to help extend the lifespan of your mattress topper and maintain hygiene.
Weekly Care: Fluff and rotate your mattress topper regularly to help maintain even fill distribution and reduce compression. Periodic airing helps manage moisture and keep your mattress topper feeling fresh.
Washing and Drying: Spot clean surface marks with warm, soapy water and let the mattress topper dry completely before remaking the bed. Due to their size and construction, mattress toppers are not suitable for machine washing or dry cleaning.
